By using LotusMind, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

Service Description

LotusMind provides guided meditation content, playback features, and subscription-based VIP access. Payments on iOS are processed by Apple; refunds and billing are subject to Apple’s policies.

Purchases & Subscriptions

For in-app purchases on iOS, Apple is the payment processor. To confirm subscription entitlements we may require that you submit StoreKit receipts or signed transactions to our servers for verification. Server verification results are authoritative for entitlement management.

Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by LotusMind (including text, images, audio, and UI design) are the intellectual property of LotusMind or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

User Conduct

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass application protections;
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates law;
• Do not misuse the service to commit fraud or evade payment obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotusMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. For subscription disputes, Apple platform records and our server-side verification are the reference.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms without prior notice and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LotusMind against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in LotusMind’s jurisdiction.
