Subscription Management — LotusMind (iOS only)

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your LotusMind subscription at any time.
To cancel on iOS:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen.
- Tap "Subscriptions."
- Locate the LotusMind subscription you want to cancel and tap it.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will not be billed again and will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
Important renewal notes
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
How do I request a refund (iOS)?
For purchases made through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund or report a problem:
- Visit Apple's Report a Problem page: https://support.apple.com/contact
- Or open the receipt email from Apple and use the "Report a Problem" link.
If you need help locating your order or need assistance we can provide, contact the developer at happy@niyao.top and include your App Store receipt or order number. Final refund decisions are made by Apple.
Why doesn’t my subscription work on my account?
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription. Purchases tied to an Apple ID will not appear under a different Apple ID.
If you subscribed without signing into a LotusMind account in‑app, link your purchase by signing in with the same Apple ID or use the app's "Restore Purchases" function: Open LotusMind → Profile/Settings → Restore Purchases.
If problems persist, send a screenshot of your subscription listing (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) and your LotusMind account email to happy@niyao.top so we can investigate.
Why was I charged more than I expected?
Verify whether you purchased a monthly plan, an annual plan billed upfront, or a promotional bundle—annual plans are charged once for the full period and may appear as a larger single charge. Review your App Store receipt for exact amount and billing period. If you believe the charge is incorrect, follow the refund steps above or contact happy@niyao.top with your receipt.
What are auto‑renewable payments?
LotusMind uses auto‑renewable subscriptions on iOS. Apple will automatically renew your subscription at the end of each billing period and charge the payment method linked to your Apple ID unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan on iOS?
Upgrade: subscribe to the new plan in‑app or via the App Store. Depending on Apple’s rules, changes may take effect immediately with prorated charges or at the next billing cycle.
Downgrade: switching to a lower‑priced plan may take effect at the next renewal. If unsure, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the desired plan.
I encountered errors attempting payment on iOS
- Ensure your Apple ID payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Restart the App Store and LotusMind, then try again.
- Sign out and back into your Apple ID if necessary.
- If you see an App Store error, follow Apple’s guidance or contact Apple Support: https://support.apple.com/contact
If the issue appears specific to LotusMind (app crash, restore failing), please send screenshots, device model, iOS version, and a short description to happy@niyao.top so we can investigate.

App Store purchases are subject to Apple’s policies. The developer (niyao.top) can assist with account linking, restoring purchases, and providing receipts, but App Store billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
