Welcome to LotusMind’s auto‑renewable subscription service for iOS. Please read this Agreement carefully. By enabling auto‑renewal you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not enable auto‑renewal.

Auto‑Renewal Overview

The auto‑renewal feature is provided by the individual developer at niyao.top ("we" or "us") for users of LotusMind ("you"). When you opt in, Apple will charge your Apple ID payment method for subscription fees according to your chosen plan.

Service Description

Prices may vary by region and taxes may apply. The applicable price will be shown in the App Store before you confirm your purchase. Auto‑renewable subscriptions grant access to premium content and services for the chosen billing period and will renew automatically through the App Store unless you cancel.

Enabling Auto‑Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period; the renewal cost will be identified.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• If renewal fails for reasons outside our control (App Store issues, account limits, insufficient funds), your subscription may expire and services may be suspended.

Promotions, Pricing and Renewal Rules

The developer (niyao.top) may adjust pricing or renewal rules based on business needs. For App Store subscriptions, Apple will notify you of price increases; you can cancel before the new price takes effect. If you receive extended subscription time via redemption codes or other non‑payment methods, auto‑renewal start may be deferred until one day before the extended period expires. App Store renewal rules prevail for purchases made through Apple.

Cancelling Auto‑Renewal

You can cancel auto‑renewal via: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops automatic renewal but does not usually refund already charged periods. You must proactively cancel if you do not wish to continue service; if a charge occurs you will retain access for the paid period after successful charge.

Agreement Amendments

The developer (niyao.top) may amend this Agreement for legal, technical, or business reasons. The developer will notify you of material changes (in‑app notice, announcement, or other channels). Continued use following notice constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree you may disable auto‑renewal.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Parties shall attempt amicable resolution; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim in a court with proper jurisdiction or pursue other lawful remedies.

Miscellaneous

If the developer (niyao.top) is unable to complete a charge or fulfill obligations due to force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the developer will notify users and handle the situation reasonably. This Agreement together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy constitute the complete rules governing your rights and obligations.
